These conditions apply to all reservations made on the Domaine Monte Verdi website.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
Any arrival between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €30. Arrivals after 10:00 PM will be charged €50.
On your departure day, you must vacate your room by 11:00 AM, but you may use the pool free of charge until 4:00 PM and leave your luggage in the main building.
Guests are required to present a photo ID and a credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Pets
Pets are not permitted on the property.
Children and Extra Beds All children are welcome.
Children under 2 years old stay free of charge when using cribs.
Children aged 3 to 6 years are subject to a supplement of €50, and children aged 7 years and older are subject to a supplement of €60 per child per night.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
Extra beds or cribs are available only upon request and must be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are automatically calculated in the total reservation amount on the website when children are specified.
If you did not specify the children accompanying you during your reservation, these supplements must be paid separately directly to the property.
Cancellation
Standard Rates: For all reservations made for the months of April, May, June, September, and October, the total reservation amount will be refunded in case of cancellation or modification occurring 5 days or more before the start date of the stay.
Non-refundable Rates: The total reservation amount will be charged in case of cancellation, modification, or no-show.
Prepayment, Taxes, and Service Charges
You will be charged a prepayment corresponding to the total reservation amount.
Taxes and service charges: included: 10% VAT. Included: €1.15 to €2.30 tourist tax per person per night depending on the accommodation booked. Not applicable: Property service charges.

The property reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards before the arrival date.
