These conditions apply to all bookings made on the Monte Verdi Estate website.
Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM: €30 surcharge.
Arrivals after 10:00 PM: €50 surcharge.
Check-out: between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
On the day of departure, you may use the swimming pool free of charge until 4:00 PM and store your luggage in the main building
A valid photo ID and credit card are required upon check-in.
Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Children under 2 years old stay free of charge when using a baby cot (upon request).
Children aged 3 to 10: €50 per child per night.
Children aged 11 and over: €80 per child per night.
All children are welcome.
Only one extra bed or baby cot per room, available upon request and confirmation by the property.
Extra charges are not automatically included in the total reservation amount and must be paid separately at the property.
