These conditions apply to all reservations made on the Domaine Monte Verdi website.<\/h3>\n

Check-in & Check-out<\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

    <\/p>\n

  • Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM.<\/li>\n

    <\/p>\n

  • Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM.<\/li>\n

    <\/p>\n

  • Any arrival between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM incurs an additional fee of \u20ac30. Arrivals after 10:00 PM will be charged \u20ac50. <\/li>\n

    <\/p>\n

  • On your departure day, you must vacate your room by 11:00 AM, but you may use the pool free of charge until 4:00 PM and leave your luggage in the main building.<\/li>\n

    <\/p>\n

  • Guests are required to present a photo ID and a credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. <\/li>\n

    Pets<\/h3>\n

    Pets are not permitted on the property.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Children and Extra Beds
    All children are welcome.<\/span><\/h3>\n

    <\/p>\n

      <\/p>\n

    • Children under 2 years old stay free of charge when using cribs.<\/li>\n

      <\/p>\n

    • Children aged 3 to 6 years are subject to a supplement of \u20ac50, and children aged 7 years and older are subject to a supplement of \u20ac60 per child per night.<\/li>\n

      <\/p>\n

    • The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.<\/li>\n

      <\/p>\n

    • Extra beds or cribs are available only upon request and must be confirmed by the property.<\/li>\n

      <\/p>\n

    • Supplements are automatically calculated in the total reservation amount on the website when children are specified. <\/li>\n

      <\/p>\n<\/ul>\n

      <\/p>\n

      If you did not specify the children accompanying you during your reservation, these supplements must be paid separately directly to the property.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

      Cancellation<\/h3>\n

      <\/p>\n

        <\/p>\n

      • Standard Rates: For all reservations made for the months of April, May, June, September, and October, the total reservation amount will be refunded in case of cancellation or modification occurring 5 days or more before the start date of the stay.<\/li>\n

        <\/p>\n

      • Non-refundable Rates: The total reservation amount will be charged in case of cancellation, modification, or no-show.<\/li>\n

        Prepayment, Taxes, and Service Charges<\/h3>\n

        <\/p>\n

          <\/p>\n

        • You will be charged a prepayment corresponding to the total reservation amount.<\/li>\n

          <\/p>\n

        • Taxes and service charges: included: 10% VAT. Included: \u20ac1.15 to \u20ac2.30 tourist tax per person per night depending on the accommodation booked. Not applicable: Property service charges. <\/li>\n
